Wonder what this game would have been like if Vic had gone to zone in the second period instead of waiting for third period, or if Shaylee could have actually scored. Something to lament over the off season. Can't wait for improved guard play next year and the return of Harmon. Overall, a job well done.

Lose your point guard and still make the Elite 8 - great adjustments by the staff - this game was decided by us missing so many easy shots and them hitting some tough shots in the first half -we would have never fallen so far behind had we taken care of business around the bucket-in big games like this, you have to make the easy ones, we missed way too many - Texas Fight!

33 W’s and an Elite Eight appearance is nothing to hang any heads over. Fun season (minus losing Rori)! They overachieved after losing her no doubt. I worried about a 2nd Round exit back in December and never dreamed they go this far.

I’m sad for Shaylee. She gave her all for Texas for two years

All season, the hateful8 took refuge in the fact that the Big12 is the "greatest basketball conference" in the land. Like everything else the hateful8 says, that turned out to be total BS. The only Big12 team, men's or women's, to make it to the Elite8 this season was Vic's squad. And lets face it folks - everyone thought we were cooked once we lost Rori. Things didn't end the way we wanted, but I can't say that I'm not thrilled that Vic got us this far, especially without our best player. Its really nice to be relevant again. We've got some great players coming in, we only lose a few, and Rori will be back next season.

Sorry but Matharu wasn't that. She was a spot up 3 point shooter. Run her off that and she had nothing. Stanford neutralized her when they eliminated us.
