There was no one from the University to be seen....anywhere. I'm shocked how quickly staff disappeared. Maybe it happens every game and I just don't notice it, but I did last night. Unless someone calls CDC I doubt he will even know it happened.

Interesting end last night. After the eyes, a drunk fan was heckling Pierce. Pierce starts yelling back at the fan to come down with a few choice words. Well, the fan proceeds to come on down into my section where he is met by a group who stopped him. Pierce meanwhile is in and out of the dugout looking for him while a fan fight almost breaks out several times.

Meanwhile we're looking for anyone who can call security or maybe security was around but nope, no one. So things finally calm down a bit and this sort of continues on the concourse as everyone heads towards the wxit yet still no security. WTF is going on? There should be someone to help, no?

Also, maybe Pierce should not focus on fans and pull an Augie taking his anger out on the team. Seriously? The heckler was absolutely in the wrong, but fighting with fans?

Come on!

Fans like this all the time and especially when our team is beaten by the bad news bears little league. If Pierce doesnt like it, he can move on and spare the university a buyout. Unless things drastically improve, seems like pierce is on the hot seat. When you get millions, losing is not ok.

Guaranteed CDC is aware of this issue. He is not one who is in the dark about the state of UT athletics. The big cigars are sure to be heard under trying times.

CdC cannot have his coaches threatening fans, drunk or not. (Gus and Augie could do it in their days, but not today when everybody has a camera and some have axes to grind.) If Pierce had touched the guy, he would be as good as gone today.
