Went to bed hoping I would wake up to see Texas held on, and thanks to Mother Nature the Horns do. Ironically in a season where Texas lost weekend or season series to BYU, Washington, and Texas State, they got another huge road series win late yesterday. This team might be a national championship contender if they just didn't play on Fridays or Tuesdays. I still think the Horns need to win 8 of their last ten to not be sitting squarely on the bubble come selection day and with the Friday woes continuing I am not sure how that happens barring someone flipping a switch somewhere. The ladies have been undefeated since they took two of three from OU in softball, baseball needs a similar run.
