Scheffler No Longer Lacks Killer Instinct

There is an atypical nuance associated with Scottie’s psyche, and it’s probably why I made the observation about the killer instinct.

Scottie has repeatedly emphasized that golf doesn’t define him. It’s just something that he does, and he does it very well.

That’s an admirable and unique characteristic. No one should question his motives. I don’t. However, when compared to other great golfers, I believe that each was obsessed with winning. That certainly describes Tiger, the epitome of the killer instinct. It likely describes Jack and also probably every other golfer that made their mark in the biggest tournaments.

As a fan, I want to see Scottie dominate on the biggest stage, the Majors. It may not be what he wants, or what drives him.
I agree that Scottie is by no means a cutthroat killer, obsessed with winning, but it's become very apparent to me that his competitive spirit and determination to win cannot be questioned. Maybe Scottie is creating the blueprint for a kinder, gentler badass MFer.

With regard to Scottie, I’m definitely a homer. I’d love to see greatness over a sustained period of time. We thought that might happen with Jordan, but now it seems unlikely.

In golf history only three players can claim double digit victories in majors. The obvious, Jack & Tiger, and Walter Hagen. Only six players have more than 6, including Arnie, Gary Player and Tom Watson.

You never know, but it sure seems like Scheffler has the skill set to make a run.

And he didn't actually kill anyone.
One of the more humorous things I found about the police report was the statement that he “drove 10 yards before stopping.” Sounds egregious to me. Now, if it had been 36 inches, perhaps we shouldn’t be concerned. But 10 yards. That’s a whole first down.

Yeah 10 yards in a car might as well be 36 inches. What a crock.

Well well well LPD release vid

Well it clearly shows to me the evil Scottie trying to take out and demolish a bunch of cops like a steam roller. He needs to be locked away forever!

But seriously, the video needs to be moved to the videos that make you LOL thread.

Looks like a Three Stooges episode.

People with brains understand that when the battle is lost and cannot salvaged, it’s time to move on. Apparently no such individuals exist in Louisville’s city government, or their PD.

From a Police Chief who cannot read notes to a Mayor who looks totally lost.

LPD won't drop charges. Must stupidly think they are saving face. How that cop kept his job all these years is interesting. The Police Union must know where all the bodies are buried.

It's not even possible too issue this many tickets using normal police procedure. Remind me to never enter the city limits of Louisville. This will get national coverage. I guess they never thought about the impact on businesses, hotels, restaurants and city tax revenue. Some really stupid people in Louisville.

How stupid is the Chief of police??
Was this before Gillis was suspended for one of his many breaches of conduct

What's interesting is the fact that Scottie didn't get into a fist fight with the officer and try stealing his gun or tazer, then attempt to flee on foot. Amazing how things didn't escalate simply by following directions and then living to fight another day despite the cop being a POS. Everyone can learn something from this...

Yes, everyone has their day in court. Hire a lawyer or defend yourself and let it rip in court. Being excoriated in court hurts them more than any physical payback.
