I would say it's not difficult because I don't care what others think of me. I remember 15-20 years ago being called a conspiracy theorist for believing the media was in cahoots with the democrat party. My beliefs on the 2020 election will eventually become mainstream and it will probably happen during the incoming Trump presidency.
