I think most experts would agree that even if we were #2, it's a distant #2 to KU. I think talent-wise, it's tough to deny that Baylor is still up there. And we didn't do ourselves any favors by whiffing on guys that ended up at UH, TCU, and WVU.

It wont take long into the new schedule to see if we hit the jackpot on the portal or not. We return a descent amount of talent to be competitive in the B12. KU is still KU so lets not get crazy. I agree that Baylor will be formidable because Scott Drew has the record to support that. I presume by December we will know what we have.

I’m guessing we will wind up closer to # 3 than 2. BU KU OSU KSU ISU TCU will also be tough and contend for spots in the NCAA March tournament. As usual, B12 will be pretty salty.
