Ticket prices dropping for Monday's game

$237 for cheapest ticket on SeatGeek as I type. Hell of a good deal.
Yes, if you’re single and live in NOLA. Otherwise, it’s still a >$1,000 weekend. I know people who can throw around thousands of dollars per weekend, but I’m not one of them.

I knew of someone who spent $5K on TCU vs Georgia last year. That game was done 15 minutes into it. Bowl games are awesome when you win but terrible when you lose. My Texas bowl record is 1-5.

I'm convinced the bowls do this somehow on purpose. There's no way that many scalpers bought up tickets keeping prices that high. During the sugar bowl, the lowest price for a championship game ticket was $2,600. Today it's $1,200 and I'm certain by the weekend it'll be $500. I don't buy that many Texas fans dumped tickets to cause the market to drop over 50% in two days.

It's like every event is this way. Ticket prices to entertainment events are a complete scam these days.
