I'm a small time investor but possibly able to build a couple (to start with) rentals and have thought about building them in the Austin area. Your thoughts? What is the market like for rentals right now in the Austin area? Where should i look for property? obviously needs to be an economical price but located such that it is near a good grocery store and possibly other businesses.
