Although I would have totally understood if Stanford had gotten that other number one seed, I'm glad the committee rewarded us for such a great season in spite of losing our little engine back in December. The job that this team and coaching staff have done is really impressive. This has got to bode well for our future recruiting.

Holly spoke to the committee chair and she said, Texas had to go through 3 ranked opponents to win the Big 12 title, while Stanford did not have to play those and lost the final game. Vic kept saying, 30 wins should do it. He was right.
