Texas #3 in ESPN 2024 Football Power Index

No need to fret. Texas plays Georgia and Oregon gets to fly to Michigan, Indiana (Purdue), and Wisconsin.

Haven't even played one secsecsec game yet and we're a preseason #3? Good news for texags staff that monitors site traffic. Bad news for Mike Elko's stress-eating issues.

George,

Who is the guy in the WalMart sweatshirt, and is he trying to steal one of those big workout balls by putting it under his shirt and cooly strolling away?

Betcha a dolla he's stopping at the QT for a couple of those roller grill dogs and a large cappuccino on his way to the office every day. Someone in nutrition better get that fixed quick. I think Adidas only goes up to XXXL.

He stops every morning on his way in at the Zippy Mart on 21 east to get advice and strategy from Curtis Dickey. (Who says Aggies don't take care of their own?)

Oregon has a lot more question marks than people think. It wouldn't surprise me if they won the B1G, but did it with 2 losses or something.

Also, Boise St. is the highest rated (non-Notre Dame) G5 team at #48. We're going to end up with a pretty ****** playoff team from outside the major conferences. If all goes according to plan, we wouldn't have to play them anyhow because of a Bye, but if we end up losing the SEC and get in at #5 overall, that'd be a fun first round playoff game.

What a terrible physical de-inspiration to his players! He looks like aggy heavier version of the Michelin Man!
