Move out of the way
My double wides coming thru
To get to Dallas

My porch caught on fire
Ruined the deck furniture
Killed 19 hound dogs

Sooner born and bred
When i die i'm Sooner dead
Sis gives Sooner head

Hello thar, stranger
You must not be from round here
You still have yore teeth

Its time to double
The value of my pickup
By filling gas tank

Counting syllables
To make the haiku just right
I am not very good at doing that

Our legislature
Says "Drinkin' age now 40"
(Keeps beer out of schools)

Willie Nelson singed
All about Oklahoma:
"I'm my own grandpa"

Golldurn tornady
Moved my house miles away
Had to drive it back

Thong string bikini
My cousin is wearing it
Passions are aflamed

Autumn has begun
Granny's mullet wistfully
Blows in the fall breeze
 
Okie is a joke
No need for haiku this week
why? Okie can't read

Home state Pride is on the line

Lone Star, i'm flattered that you saved all a my haikus from last year and re-posted them as if they was yurs. Didern't realize you also had yoreself some hound dogs, a double-wide, and a sexy cousin. You and me must just be two chips off the same block! Are you a Sooner too?
