MILB players wife has Melanoma

Last year we were host parents for Nick and Jami Gorneault while Nick played OF for the RR Express. Nick is playing with the minor league team of Toronto Blue Jays this season.
We received news this week that his wife, Jami, has stage 3 Melanoma. Please pray for Jami and Nick.

Jami will be facing a very tough uphill battle, and Nick will need strength to stand by her during the stress. Prayers for both of them in a difficult fight.

Jami had first surgery Thursday. Only one lymph node of many that were taken was malignant. This means no radiation but she will still be on several months of chemo.
