well its almost time for game #113 in this old rivalry between the Mavericks and the LowBlows (as my old Marshall buddy calls them ). first played in 1909...........probably another Longview win but you never know!

I live in McKinney - my sons graduated from McKinney HS years ago. Last week @McKinney HS beat Longview 28-21. I wanted to go to the game but had a conflict. The Lions still have a pretty good team from last year that went fairly deep in the playoffs.

5A Byrd from here in Shreveport went to Texarkana Texas and played 4A D2 #3 Pleasant Grove and lost 27-10.
