After over 5 years in the great white north of Minnesota, I'm looking to move back to Austin.
I just started my search a couple of weeks ago and have done all the standard internet jobsite searches and calling contacts, but does anyone have any recs regarding using a headhunter to find an in-house positon? Namely, should I use one and, if so, is there a specific one you would use? Do they actually have access to any jobs I wouldn't already find out about via the internet?
I've been practicing 13 years and have never had to use one before, but those were in much more flush times when job boards were overflowing.
