They do. Under child ticket policy, this says, "Children under the age of two do not require a ticket as long as the child is held and does not take up a seat."

Best option is to buy a ticket outside the stadium for $10-15. No ushers to check tickets and scanner doesn't do anything but count numbers.

About 20 years ago, I asked the same question of the UT Ticket Office when I wanted to take my son with me. They told me the same - every person must have a ticket. Now, this was 20 years ago, but I never had to present a ticket for my son. I think the policy on the ground is, if you are carrying the child, then no ticket needed. At least that's how it was 20 years ago.

They are trying to get people through the gates as fast as possible. There won't be any lengthy conversations allowed. Just move through as quickly as possible
