He is still recovering from the injury he suffered in last year's NCAA tournament.

Wow, he has been here 3 years and 2 1/2 of the time he has been injured

When he aggravated the injury against Penn State in the tourney, they didn't know the extent of it because he was so numbed up for most of that game. And it was probably his best game ever as a Longhorn.

I thought he was injured in practice before the Miami game.

that was the story at the time.

I think saying he hurt it in practice before the Xavier game was their "out" for playing him through the injury against the Nittany Lions.
