The company I work for is looking for a SQL DBA. I’m not part of the hiring process but I would be glad to direct anyone looking for a job in the right direction. Anyone on this site has got to be better than the Aggy that last 6 months.
The little that I can tell you is that we are currently on SQL 2000 and will be upgrading to 2005 early next year. You’ll be expected to learn some basic JDEdwards administration. That should take all of a day. I’m sure we’ll hire someone with a couple years experience. I don’t know about salary but I could probably guess if I had to.
