Big XII Mens Golf Tournament - April 23-25

Five Big 12 squads enter the Championship ranked in the top 17 of Golfweek/Sagarin ratings, led by No. 1-rated Oklahoma State., defending champ No. 4 Oklahoma, followed by No. 10 Baylor, No. 13 Texas Tech and No. 18 Texas.

Texas is led by 2018 Masters Low Amateur winner and two time 2018 Individual Medal Winner, Senior Doug Ghim, 2017 US Open Low Amateur Senior Scottie Scheffler, Junior Steve Chervony and Sophs. Spencer Soosman and Drew Jones.

I think Doug and Scottie alone can get us past regionals but man, Big 12 Golf is stacked this year.

Midway through 2nd round Texas sits 4th - 7 shots back of OU. Ghim sitting 2nd place at even par; everyone else is struggling.

Men's Golf finishes tied for 2nd with OKSt. (8 shots back) of conference champion OU. Great showing Horns
