With all the JB dementia noise I didn't even realize congress was still doing stuff, but i guess they are. And if this goes through this really some good stuff.

Like it but won’t hold my breath. Maybe that possibility is why Nancy Pelosi just made some significant trades. Reality is they’ll just do it through a surrogate.

There is always the possibility that people will try to evade a law, but IMO it is almost always better to have the law to begin with. If there is no law then we can never even try to hold them accountable. At least if there is a law, we have the tools to investigate and if nothing else, we will likely have a lot more disclosure and exposure of the graft.
