1. Large ruptured popliteal cyst.
2. Marked osteoarthritis.
3. Marked degenerative tearing of the anterior horn and body of the lateral meniscus.
4. Small joint effusion with associated thickening of the synovium which likely reflects synovitis.
5. Additional findings as above.
would you recommend an injection or surgery?
