Regarding Caffey’s jersey
During a press conference just after she left Nebraska, John Cook threw Caffey under the bus and said
“and so, it just takes me back to a scene in the movie about the 1980 hockey team, when their coach asked the, are you playing for the team—the name of the front of your jersey or are you playing for the name on the back of your jersey?”
Of course, Kyla heard this and she wore her jersey with no name on the back on purpose!!
